A filing wakes it up

A 6-K at 8:55 a.m. woke up a stock that traded 46 shares the day before. By 9:13 the whole 3.5M-share float had traded.

Bids that vanished

Big bids under the price did not hold. A 405K-share bid at $3.96 sat under the 9:57:17 halt and was pulled at 10:14:28. Halt #3 froze it at $5.62 with a 109K-share bid underneath. It reopened 15% lower, and the bid vanished a second later. Only 1,851 shares ever traded against it.

It closed at $3.42, 64% under the high.

What to take from it: Big bids and halt prices said little about where JBDI would trade next.
